What are your soaps made from?: Sustainable Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water (Aqua), Fragrance (Perfume), Glycerine, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Sodium Chloride, Sodium Gluconate, Titanium Dioxide. May also contain natural botanicals. 

We leave out skin stripping and irritating ingredients such as EDTA, HEDP, Polypropylene Glycol (PPG), Polyethylene Glycol (PEGS), Animal Fats, Petro-chemicals, Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) and Phalates. It is extremely important to us that our soaps do not contain ingredients that could potentially harm your skin. 

Is your soap RSPO certified?: All of our soap bases are RSPO (Round Table of Sustainable Palm Oil) certified. The RSPO was established in 2004 with the objective of promoting and encouraging the growth and use of sustainable palm oil. Their aim is to minimise the negative impacts of palm oil cultivation on the environment and within the communities of palm oil producing regions. What kind of wax do you use in your candles?: We use natural soy wax and cotton wicks in all of our candles. 

Do you ship Internationally?: Unfortunately not at this stage. This may be something that we will consider in the future though. 

 How long does shipping take?: We offer both standard shipping and express shipping with Australia Post on all orders for a fee. Standard shipping is free for orders of $99 and over. Shipping times will depend on your location, please refer to the Australia Post website for more information. Because of the high volume demand in online orders which Australia Post is currently experiencing due to Covid-19 there may be some delays with delivery and shipping times. 

 What is your exchange policy?: We want you to love your purchase as much as we love making them, but for health and safety purposes we are currently not accepting refunds or exchanges on a change of mind basis, so please be diligent when choosing the fragrances of your products. **Please be mindful that the colours and patterns within the soaps will vary from batch to batch as each time they will mix differently, but the quality and scent will always remain perfect!

Why do you have a bath bomb on your home page but they aren't available to purchase?: Good question! We are starting off slow with the products that we offer on our website. Gradually we will be introducing our full range of candles, diffusers and bathing products, but we just wanted to take small steps to begin with. Think of it as something to look forward to!
